Return / Shipping Policy

We’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges for any purchases and will issue a full refund upon receiving your items within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. All returns must be pre-approved by customer service.

Please follow the simple instructions below:

Place the unused item in its original condition into original shipper packaging.
Contact our Customer Service Department at 888.848.3633 or to obtain your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

We will e-mail you an Electronic Return Label and a summary of the RMA transaction for your records.
Take your package to the nearest FedEx store. Once we receive your returned product(s), we will issue your replacement or refund immediately.

All RMAs are valid for only 30 days. Any returned item not listed on your RMA will not be credited or replaced, and will not be returned.


Orders are processed within 3 business days of receipt of order depending on product availability. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery of your shipment. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next available business day. Unfortunately due to our carrier services, we do not ship to PO Boxes.  Please note that orders can only be shipped within the US.  For all international stockist inquiries, please contact us at
