Management TeamCurtis A. Cluff (Chief Executive Officer)Curtis A. Cluff was named Chief Executive Officer of Envy Medical, Inc. in June 2009. Mr. Cluff brings over 15 years of executive operations and finance experience, from private equity startup through Fortune-500 sized corporations. Prior to joining Envy, Mr. Cluff was the President and COO for Colorescience Inc., establishing their medical channel strategy, and international presence from 2007 to 2009. From 2002 through 2007 Mr. Cluff served in a number of senior executive roles for Obagi Medical Product Inc., including Executive Vice President of Operations & Corporate Development, Interim President, and CFO. During this time, Mr. Cluff was a primary architect in building the company from a small private venture into the leading professional skincare brand in the United States, successfully taking the company public in 2006. Prior to that, Mr. Cluff served as the CFO of Beyond Corporation from 2000 to 2002, and as a Vice President & Senior Financial Officer for Merisel Inc., a Fortune-500 technology distribution company from 1996 to 2000. Prior to his time with Merisel Inc., Mr. Cluff served from 1994 to 1996 as the Senior Financial Controller for the U.S. Pacific division of Westburne Inc. (now part of Rexel S.A.), the largest North American integrated wholesale distributor of construction, industrial and commercial supplies. Mr. Cluff began his career with Deloitte and Touche, LLP's Audit and Advisory Services group, specializing in distribution and high-tech manufacturing. Mr. Cluff is a CPA and received his B.S. in Business Administration from California Polytechnic University.
Ken Karasiuk (Founder & Chief Operating Officer)Envy Medical Inc.’s Founder, Chairman and COO, Mr. Karasiuk, is the inventor and patent holder of the SilkPeel®. Mr. Karasiuk has a proven track record in both sales management and product development. After serving as an independent distributor for Luxar Laser and ESC Medical systems, from the very first sales to becoming the prominent leader in laser sales, he then was called upon by a group of private investors to manage a start-up company in the medical device industry, General Project Firenze Italy, to co-develop and secure regulatory approval for the MD Peel dermabrasion device. It was his familiarity with the aesthetic surgery market segment that brought Mr. Karasiuk to found emed, Inc. Since then, he has transformed emed from a distributor of medical equipment into an innovator in the aesthetic medicine space. Mr. Karasiuk has successfully pursued several roles in the business world, including the acquisition and management of a $40 million portfolio of diversified real estate properties. He also served as the CFO of a venture capital company (Eurorient Investment Group) that made highly profitable investments in the medical industry. Mr Karasiuk attended J. H. Bruns College in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Felipe Jimenez, Ph.D. (Chief Scientific Officer)Dr. Jimenez is a skin care/dermatology product development executive with a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and extensive experience in developing skin care products, from concept to commercial launch, for the physician-dispensed, direct-to-consumer and mass retail markets. He possesses over 15 years of fast-track R&D leadership experience and a strong record of building robust product pipelines and intellectual property portfolios for the development of high value skin care products. In his previous role, Dr. Jimenez was Founder and President of jDerm Consulting, Inc. In this role, he provided skin care product development consulting services to corporate clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies in the aesthetic medical device, direct-to-consumer and physician-dispensed sales channels. Prior to this role, he served as the Director of Scientific Affairs at Obagi Medical Products, where he directed research and product development, specializing in physician-dispensed dermatology products. In previous roles, Dr. Jimenez held senior management positions at Human Matrix Sciences, LLC and Connective Tissue Engineering, LLC. Prior accomplishments include nine publications in peer-reviewed scientific/medical journals and nine issued and pending patent applications. Lynnel Anderson (Vice President, Sales) Lynnel Anderson has served as the Vice President of Sales for the company since April 2010, developing sales and field marketing strategy, and building a domestic sales force. She is also responsible for the company's national sales force and marketing efforts. Lynnel brings with her over 19 years in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and capital equipment markets. She has held various positions of responsibility to include sales representative, hopspital representative, and home office sales trainer, managed care manager, training manager, district manager and regional sales director. Lynnel gained her experience with a varied number of companies including Takeda, Endo Pharmaceuticals and Circon ACMI Cabot. Prior to her career Lynnel served in the United States Army as a capatin in an Air Defence Artillery Unit. Brendon Boone (Director of Operations)Brendon Boone has served as the Director of Operations for the company since 2006, overseeing its daily operations, including Customer Support & Service, Warehousing & Distribution, Product Quality, and all Manufacturing functions. Mr. Boone joined emed, Incorporated, Envy’s predecessor company, in December 2000, shortly after it was founded.

Hantash, MD, Ph.D., MBA (Vice Chairman & Treasurer)Dr. Hantash has been part of the founding team of 8 medical device or biotech start-ups, accumulating a decade of operational experience and over 17 years of medical research experience in the life science industry. His efforts have led to 2 acquisitions, over a dozen FDA-approvals, more than 40 patents, and some 75 peer-reviewed publications. In aggregate, this has resulted in over $400M of shareholder value creation. Dr. Hantash completed his dermatology residency, postdoctoral training in the Program for Regenerative Medicine, and a prestigious fellowship in the Biodesign Innovation Program at Stanford University. He received his MD and PhD (pharmacology and physiology) from New Jersey Medical School, where he was inducted in the AOA Medical Honor Society, and graduated as valedictorian of both his Graduate and Medical School. Dr. Hantash received his BS in Biology and minor in Chemistry from the University of Illinois, where he was the recipient of a Howard Hughes Research Fellowship. Curtis A.
